How do I create a new project?
Follow these steps to create a project:
- Navigate to your profile or go to the Job Create page
- Click on "Create Project" button
- Fill in the project details including title, description, budget, and required skills
- Submit your Project for review
Your project will be live on the platform after our team reviews it.
What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you've forgotten your password:
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
- Enter your registered email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Click the link and create a new password
Tip
For security, use a password with at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.
How can I get a verified profile?
To get a verified profile badge:
- Have relevant certifications or credentials in your field
- Submit a verification request through our Support page
- Upload copies of your certificates or credentials
- Our team will review and verify your documents
- Once approved, you'll receive the verified badge
