How do I create a new project?

Follow these steps to create a project:

  1. Navigate to your profile or go to the Job Create page
  2. Click on "Create Project" button
  3. Fill in the project details including title, description, budget, and required skills
  4. Submit your Project for review

Your project will be live on the platform after our team reviews it.

What should I do if I forgot my password?

If you've forgotten your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login page
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Check your email for a password reset link
  4. Click the link and create a new password

Tip

For security, use a password with at least 8 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters.

How can I get a verified profile?

To get a verified profile badge:

  1. Have relevant certifications or credentials in your field
  2. Submit a verification request through our Support page
  3. Upload copies of your certificates or credentials
  4. Our team will review and verify your documents
  5. Once approved, you'll receive the verified badge

Verified profiles receive more visibility and client trust on the platform.
